Since its establishment in Australia in 1988 and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange in 1993, Energy Developments has established a leadership position in the development of power generation projects using waste fuels such as methane gas from landfill sites and coal mines.
More recently Energy Developments has developed capabilities in liquefied natural gas (LNG), compressed natural gas (CNG) power generation and energy transportation solutions.
LNG and CNG shape as viable, alternative, long-term energy sources for power generation for remote communities. These options provide a range of environmental and economic benefits for these communities through the provision of more reliable and cleaner power. LNG availability in these remote communities also provides a new fuel source for a range of industrial and domestic applications.
The WKPP in Western Australia and the Yulara CNG Transport Project are key Australian remote area projects for Energy Developments.
